This suggestion is for everyone
who wants to do business in Bulgaria and need land near to the capital Sofia
city.
We try to describe the main characteristics of the plot. Total area is
14500 sq. m, on the main road E81 Sofia Vidin (to Romania and Serbia),

build it. Estimate costs around 2100 euro.
- reserve water supply - The soil and geologic research say that may be
around 6-7 m under the surface there is a water supply. Necessary to make
a shaft or well and with pump you can receive additional water quantity.
Future projects
The contract for Danube bridge
2 is active. The consortium between Spanish and English companies will do
the project for less than 3 years. The next step will be the road between
Sofia and Danube bridge and the Government thing to make a tunnel under
mountain Stara planina and the main traffic pass using this road E81. The
road will connect highways between Sofia and Belgrade, Istanbul and Thessalonica
in one point near to Sofia. We are 15 km away from this point.
The next project is a new sky
center near to peak Kom in mountain Stara Planina. The investiture is Italian
Bulgarian companies and they will be ready in 2009. The project is with
big hotels, restaurants, sky paths and etc.
The last advantage is that the total area is clean without any factories
or chemical production - so it is ecological
And more details
The main road E81 use between 250 and 420 vehicles per hour during
winter months and between 450-600 ones during summer period.
The next plot 12011 also for sell, so if you need more place we can give
their coordinates. The total area can be around 30 000 sq. m.
